Replacement
You have 7 calendar days to request replacement/refund of an item from the date you received it.
Upon receiving your replacement/Refund request, Zentree Organic shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If Zentree organic finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Replacement/Refund process. Zentree organic shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation from the vendor concerned in respect of the contents of the product relating to that refund.
In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Zentree organic reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Zentree organic in this regard.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any wrong ordering of product doesn’t qualify for Replacement.
Domestic replacement/Refund Policy
Upon receiving your replacement item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and notify you of its receipt. Following the inspection, we will update you on the status of your replacement.
If your replacement/refund is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For online transactions:The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days, subject to bank processing times.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:The refund will be issued via bank transfer to the customer’s registered bank account within 5-7 working days.
International Refunds
- Refund will not be processed if customer doesn’t follow custom rules of any country. Custom’s import duty if applicable, must be paid by customers only.
- If customer wants to replace the product after delivery, all shipping costs will be paid by customer only. It may take 30 to 60 days for replacement.
- If package is lost in transit, a new shipment will be shipped in next 3-4 days upon receiving the intimation.
- All decisions regarding refund for foreign orders will be done by Zentree organic only & customers must agree to it, however we will do our best to make customers happy.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for replacing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
